DAY SIX

- Morning walk with friend.
- Meditation for 20 minutes, practicing this new way of feeling:

- Mediation X2 -- Heart Meditation -- I AM LOVE
- Went for a run (first time in 5 months, short but did it.)
- Went out for a girls night out
- Cooked Dinner for family
- Epsom Salts Bath
- Played game with Cooper
